First of all, how do I define coaching?
Coaching is the process of helping people find their solutions, intending to develop their potential, and enabling the emergence and implementation of success strategies to define and achieve their goals.
What I mean by intuitive coaching
It’s a coaching technique based on empathetic listening and intuition. It invites you to listen to your emotions, thoughts, feelings, and instincts, not just your analytical capacity and conscious reasoning.
The aim is to (re)connect you to your inner compass to guide you on your path and help you make decisions that align with your aspirations, values, and current reality.
I’m committed to helping you to:
- live fully and authentically who you are
- assess your reality with greater discernment to clarify and direct the action you need to take in the right direction,
- decide how to act to find the internal resources you need to develop tailor-made solutions.
We decided together the number and regularity of our meetings to meet your objectives as quickly as possible. We arrange a face-to-face or virtual exchange before any coaching agreement to validate the feasibility of the request and the shared desire to work together.
