super-empathic coaching
From emotional exhaustion to fulfillment
Find balance in your empathy
You feel deeply connected to other people's emotions, as if you could feel or even experience the feelings of those around you, but it wears you down.
What if you were hyperempathetic? Take the self-assessment test
Questionnaire on hyperempathy :
To find out, answer the following self-assessment questionnaire with “Yes, most of the time” or “No, most of the time.”
- Have I ever been described as overly sensitive, shy or introverted?
- Am I easily upset or anxious?
- Do arguments and shouting make me ill?
- Do I often feel out of place?
- Do crowds drain my energy, and do I need solitude to recharge my batteries?
- Am I easily and strongly bothered by verbiage, smells and noises?
- Do I have reactions to rough clothes or chemicals?
- Do I prefer to take my car so that I can leave earlier if I wish?
- Do stressful situations encourage me to overeat?
- Am I afraid of suffocating in intimate relationships?
- Do I jump easily?
- Do I react strongly to caffeine or medication?
- Is my pain tolerance threshold low?
- Do I tend to isolate myself socially?
- Do I absorb other people’s stress, emotions or symptoms?
- Do I experience a great deal of stress when I have several things to do, and do I prefer to do just one thing at a time?
- Can I recharge my batteries in nature?
- Do I need a lot of time to recuperate after being in the presence of complicated people or energy vampires?
- Am I more at ease in small towns or in the countryside than in big cities?
- Do I prefer one-to-one meetings or meetings in small groups rather than events with lots of people?
How do you interpret your results?

- 6 to 10 “yes”: you have a moderately hyperempathetic personality.
- 11 to 15 “yes”: you have strong hyperempathic tendencies.
- More than 15 “yes” answers: you are a confirmed hyperempathic personality.

You often feel overwhelmed by external emotions that drain your energy. This has an impact on your day-to-day life. You find it difficult to manage the flood of emotions you feel. You tend to invest a lot (too much) in your interactions and relationships with others. And this often affects you.

Drawing on my experience as a Super-Empath and tried and tested tools and methods, this journey to the heart of your empathy helps you to understand how it works and to use its powerful energy more consciously in your relationships and projects. To minimise the risk of burn-out.
Empathy is second nature to super-empathetic people, because there really is no on/off switch.
A return to equilibrium and emotional regulation is possible by becoming aware of the role played by this "automatic reflex", so that we no longer exhaust ourselves by feeling other people's emotions. Your interpersonal interactions with your family, your colleagues, your clients/patients or your team are 'lighter', because they no longer exhaust you as they used to.

You have a heightened empathy that connects you to the emotions of others to the point of feeling or experiencing them. This super-empathy enables you to understand others better and to build quality interpersonal relationships. It encourages inclusion and recognition of everyone.
But sometimes this super-empathy can feel like a burden. You feel overwhelmed by emotions. Your relationship with others takes precedence over listening to your needs. This can even affect your ability to discern and make decisions, draining your energy.

First of all, how do I define coaching?
Coaching is the process of helping people find their solutions, intending to develop their potential, and enabling the emergence and implementation of success strategies to define and achieve their goals.
What I mean by intuitive coaching
It’s a coaching technique based on empathetic listening and intuition. It invites you to listen to your emotions, thoughts, feelings, and instincts, not just your analytical capacity and conscious reasoning.
Intuition expresses itself through your feelings and emotions, once these have been regulated, and complements your capacity for analysis and conscious reasoning.
The aim of coaching is to (re)connect you to your internal compass so that it can guide you on your way to being truly yourself and to.
The S.E.E. "Super-Empath' Épanoui" programme takes place over a period of three to four months, depending on the regularity of the meetings.
A meeting (face-to-face or virtual) should be arranged prior to any support, in order to validate the feasibility of the request and the shared desire to work together.
I invite you to book a free discovery call to answer all your questions about the programme.
